We stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.

If you do not absolutely love your product, you may keep the product and request a refund of the purchase price, subject to the terms and limitations set out in this policy.

This policy is promotional in nature and applies only during the specified validity period.

2. What Is Refunded

Approved refunds will include:

  • The original purchase price paid for the product

  • Excluding 10% of the original purchase price, which is allocated as a non-refundable charitable donation

The 10% portion of the purchase price is donated to a designated charitable initiative and is therefore non-refundable under any circumstances.

Shipping costs, express handling fees, customs duties, taxes, and payment processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under this policy, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must have been purchased directly from our official website or authorised sales channel.

  2. The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  3. Proof of purchase (order number and purchase confirmation) must be provided.

  4. The request must be submitted via our official customer support channel.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that:

  • Are incomplete or fraudulent

  • Show evidence of abuse of the policy

  • Involve bulk, wholesale, or commercial purchases

  • Involve chargebacks initiated prior to contacting us

Limit of one refund per customer, household, or payment method, unless otherwise approved in writing.

4. “Keep the Product” Clause

Approved customers are not required to return the product.

However, we reserve the right to:

  • Request photographic evidence of the product

  • Request additional verification before approving a refund

  • Modify this requirement in cases of suspected misuse

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Policy Duration

This promotional refund policy is of limited duration and will automatically cease on 1 May 2026.

  • Purchases made on or before 1 May 2026 remain eligible under this policy (subject to the 30-day claim window).

  • Purchases made after 1 May 2026 are not eligible unless a renewed policy is published.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice, except where prohibited by law.
